Hampton Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Therapist to assist us in our Outpatient Programming. Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center and offers the most advanced behavioral health, diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. In Hampton Counseling Center's Outpatient facility our dedicated, professionally licensed therapists facilitate group therapy focusing on a variety of mental health topics including recovery, relapse prevention and coping skills. Our goal is to reduce the negative symptoms of mental illness and help stabilize individuals in order to live safe and productive lives.
This is a per diem Therapist position with a focus on Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis patients working with Adults and Adolescents. This position may require you to work in our Westampton, Cherry Hill and/or Hamilton locations at any given time. You will assume responsibility for all aspects of clinical assessment, treatment of designated patients in HCC, discharge planning as needed, participation as a member of mulitdisciplinary treatment team. You will be expected to provide daily group therapy sessions using an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care. This position will also be called upon to assist and cover our Therpist who provides traditional outpatient therapy with our patients in our Hamilton location.
Current New Jersey License, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW
Minimum of 1-2 years clinical expertise in individual, group, family and marital therapy.
Strong group skills and experience working with both Adults and Children
