Texas NeuroRehab Center (TNC) provides complex medical and brain injury rehab, chemical dependency treatment for adults and neuropsychiatric treatment for youth. The capabilities of the facility as a whole allow for integrated and specialized care for children, adolescents and adults facing difficult challenges.
Texas NeuroRehab is currently accepting applications for an out patient Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy (PT) services to patients in an efficient and professional manner. Therapies will be completed in accordance with the patient's developmental, psychological, and physical level of function. Exemplify ethical conduct as described in the facility mission statement and in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) code of ethics.
The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Provide PT evaluations to patients. Provide PT consultation regarding treatment issues. Complete assigned documentation according to guidelines set forth by the facility and APTA. Provide supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and PT Aides. Maintains professional demeanor in dress, attitude, support of unit milieu, and hospital mission and philosophy. Other duties as assigned.
