| The Pride Institute is the nation's first and leading provider of residential and outpatient treatment programs exclusively treating substance abuse and mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ community. We are currently seeking a fulltime LADC to work with us and our clients in our Eden Prairie, MN residential program, daytime hours Monday through Friday. Reporting to our Director of Clinical Services, our LADCs provide on-going assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and continuing care planning. They deliver engaging, culturally responsive, person-centered individual/group counseling sessions involving recovery education.
