Seeking DC-Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.), or license-eligible psychologist, experienced in working with complex trauma, to join a dedicated multidisciplinary clinical team at The Center: Post Traumatic Disorders Program at The Psychiatric Institute of Washington in Washington, DC. The Center is a nationally known treatment program for adult survivors of trauma.
The Psychologist will be a member of the team on the inpatient unit 30 hours per week-providing individual therapy and group therapy, participating in treatment planning, and collaborating with other mental health professionals.
Additionally, the Psychologist will collaborate with the hospital's Psychology department 10 hours/week, providing supervision of doctoral-level psychology trainees, in collaboration with other Psychologist supervisors.
All applicants must be DC licensed, or eligible to obtain a DC license as a Psychologist prior to the employment start date. Salary negotiable, full benefits including health insurance, 401K, etc.
We may also consider a highly qualified applicant for a part-time position.
