Be an active member of the multi-disciplinary patient treatment team
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Provide general and psychiatric patient care
Document and communicate unusual changes in client behaviors
Assist with patient groups and activities
With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs.
You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques.
JOB TYPE: This position will start as Per Diem and "flex up" or become permanent to part-time or full-time as needs of the Hospital change.
