| ABA Behavior Therapies & Testing is seeking a well-organized and experienced individual with a passion for enriching the lives of children with special needs, as well as their families, to join our team as our lead clinician. The lead clinician will provide direct services to children with autism and their families, including; play therapy, CBT, and family therapy. The clinician will consult on ABA behavioral programs, including offering suggestions for programming, crisis consulting, and attending group meetings. This includes individual and group clinical supervision, ensuring that required documentation is completed on time and that team members follow through with productivity guidelines identified for the program. Other responsibilities include documentation and record maintenance, along with incident reporting. |
As the lead clinician, you will be enlisted to provide clinical and administrative supervision to Behavioral Health clinicians, as well as staff with a varying level of degrees and credentials, including; Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or Doctoral level students. It will be your responsibility to provide support and professional development for staff, as well as ensure the provision of the highest quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Providing direct services to children with autism and their families, including; play therapy, CBT, and family therapy. Consultations on ABA behavioral programs, including offering suggestions for programming and crisis consultations. Attending group clinic meetings. Providing clinical oversight to MFT interns. Including; individual and group clinical supervision. Assisting employees with completing required documentation on time, as well as team member follow through with productivity guidelines. Documentation and record maintenance in accordance with standards set by the BBS. Incident reporting. Performing case reviews to monitor clinical interventions and documentation of services. Participation in program development to improve program quality. Completion of staff evaluations, as well as providing feedback to the staff that are evaluated. Provide training to clinicians and students as needed. The role as lead clinician is most suited to a LCSW, MFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) with a minimum of 2 years post licensure experience, completion of required supervision courses and previous experience providing clinical supervision to MFT interns.
