St. Helena Hospital is actively seeking Psychiatrists for inpatient based options within our hospital’s Behavioral Health department. Located in the midst of the Napa Valley, our 22-bed unit offers a mixture of medical/psychiatry services. The current opportunity is inpatient focused where a Psychiatrist will be asked to work traditional M-F working hours and share call. We are seeking general Psychiatrists who are available on either a full-time, part-time, or per-diem basis. Candidates with tele-psychiatry experience would be a plus.
Several employment models are available including the possibility of being employed through a hospital-supported multi-specialty group practice that is part of Adventist Health Physician Network, a California medical foundation. Many benefits exist for physicians considering AHPN including the opportunity to be a part of a physician-driven culture that is characterized by clinical excellence and a reputation for quality service. This position comes with guaranteed income, incentivized compensation and a generous benefits package. This is the ideal opportunity for a physician with demonstrated clinical excellence in Psychiatry and high personal and professional values and work ethic.
The ideal candidate will be CA licensed and have previous inpatient experience. However, physicians who are able to obtain a CA license and newly trained physicians will also be considered. Candidates must also be BE/BC and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
