Oregon Reproductive Medicine (ORM) is an internationally recognized fertility clinic comprised of five physicians sub-specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology, three full-time Genetic Counselors, seven cutting-edge Embryologists and a team of very talented clinicians and administrators seeking a motivated International PGD Program Manager.
This position will work under our board-certified Director of Genomics, while working closely with our physician Board of Directors, embryology team, various clinical staff, & global partners. The International PGD Program Manager will serve as the leader of a program caring for patients from around the globe who wish to grow their families through in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the development of an international program providing patients access to preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD)
Seeking out, developing, and managing relationships with global referring partners including medical providers, patient advocacy groups, and laboratories
Performing outreach presentations and developing educational materials for target PGD communities & alliances.
Attending consumer and provider-facing events and conferences representing ORM
Providing initial case review/coordination for prospective PGD patients and serving as PGD patient liaison from referral through establishment of care at ORM; may involve some clinical genetic counseling
Location: This position is based out of our downtown Portland, Oregon location; exceptional remote candidates may be considered.
M.S. in Genetic Counseling
Entrepreneurial & creative spirit, self-motivated, & open minded
2 or more years of experience in genetic counseling preferred
Desire & ability to travel internationally
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, & other computer programs
Must be available to work full-time, regular hours Monday through Friday with some variation, including holidays & weekends based on business need/travel.
