Responsible for management of all activities and functions for a designated project, including research, planning, implementing and evaluating outcomes. Oversees project and acts as a resource and point of contact to customers and other departments directly related to the project.
This position will support our Medicare Advantage and Exchange Members
Plan, organize, monitor and oversee complex projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives;
Research organizational processes across multiple cross-matrix functional areas which impact the projects;
Execute innovative solutions using database management and data governance;
Liaison between business entities such as CHRISTUS Corporate, CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic and IT;
Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas;
Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, CMS file submission tracking and operations documentation;
Support operations for the CHP Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment medical record collection projects.
Bachelor degree in related fieldl;
Able to work independently using creativity and critical thinking skills;
Proficient knowledge of Windows - Excel and/or Access;
Proficient at using various data sources to develop relevant report tools and to use those tools to enhance processes and procedures;
Ability to research, analyze, interpret, trend and implement process improvement initiatives;
Ability to collect and prepare data for written/oral presentation - report creation and generation;
The ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization;
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Well defined problem solving and decision making skills;
3-5 years experience developing, analyzing interpreting and trending data;
3-5 years of Risk Adjustment, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D or qualified health plans or Affordable Care Act;
Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicare Acvantage processes, porcess flow documentation, project plan documentation
