Spring Ridge Residential Treatment Facility is accepting resumes for an experienced and talented therapist to work with adolescent girls and their families.
The successful candidate will understand & approach therapy from a Family Therapy/Systems point of view, and understands how family dynamics influences the development of adolescents and be able to address issues from a developmental point of view.
The therapist maintains a caseload of up to 8 students conducting weekly individual and family therapy, and group therapy twice weekly
Treatment planning throughout placement including general clinical documentation and discharge planning
Weekly clinical and treatment team meetings
Participates with the clinical team to design, implement, and facilitate periodic therapeutic intensive workshops
Participates in experiential student, family and parent workshops
The Spring Ridge team works collaboratively to provide struggling teens and their families a supportive and therapeutic experience to help them reestablish trust, a sense of self and to build upon their strengths. Our clinical team members possess skills in managing complex caseloads, building rapport with the students and their families and developing sound therapeutic relationships.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling;
Minimum three years experience with adolescents & their families;
Level I & II EMDR training through the EMDR Institute highly desirable but not required;
Licensed or license-eligible in the State of AZ as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC preferred.
Position requires fingerprint background check, CPR & First Aid Certifications, health examination & annual TB testing.
