Services shall be provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 0700 and 2000. The HCWs shall be scheduled for an 8.5 hour period to include an uncompensated 30-minute lunch break, In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services in excess of 80 hours per two-week period, excluding federal holidays.
188.8.131.52.2. On-call services may be required at any time during the day or night, including weekends and holidays. On-call services shall be provided for a 7 day period and will commence on 1600, and end at 0700 on the next business day. The HCW may be required to come into the facility in response to a call. The HCW will be assigned a pager and/or cell phone to facilitate the provision of these services. Replacement costs, if these are lost or stolen shall be borne by the contractor. Assignment of on-call services will be according to the on-call roster, which will be published in advance. The on-call roster is the responsibility and prerogative of the Director. Any change in the on-call roster must be coordinated and approved by the Director. The contractor shall be compensated for on-call services per the applicable line item in section B. The contractor shall only be compensated for the actual time required to perform services. The contractor shall be compensated for a minimum of 2 hours for any occasion in which the HCW is required to provide services in the MTF in response to a call.

Education: Graduation from a marriage and family therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) or a qualifying degree in an allied mental health field from a regionally accredited education institution in conjunction with a program of marriage and family therapy study that is equivalent to the COAMFTE standards, as defined by the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
Certification: Possess and maintain a current Clinical Membership as a Marriage and Family Therapist from the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
