Clinical Supervisor The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of the clinical staff to ensure the smooth efficient operation of the office. Clinical Supervisor will ensure the following of established nursing and practice procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITEDTO:
Assist in the hiring of nursing staff
Orient, train and supervise all nursing staff
Conduct performance appraisals for nursing staff as required
Prepare nursing staff work schedule and job assignments
Conduct staff in-service training as needed
Ensure that all practice policies and procedures are followed
Assist physicians with procedures as needed
Current Licensure as a Medical Assistant, RN or LPN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required Three (3) years of clinical experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Working knowledge of medical office clinical procedures Ability to lift 25 pounds. Ability to deal courteously with patients. Ability to maintain effective working relationship with other employees.
Prior experience supervising medical staff preferred
