T he Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of the clinical staff to ensure the smooth efficient operation of the office. Clinical Supervisor will ensure the following of established nursing and practice procedures.
E SSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
A ssist in the hiring of nursing staff
O rient, train and supervise all nursing staff
C onduct performance appraisals for nursing staff as required
P repare nursing staff work schedule and job assignments
C onduct staff in-service training as needed
E nsure that all practice policies and procedures are followed
A ssist physicians with procedures as needed
M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Licensure as a Medical Assistant, RN or LPN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
Three (3) years of clinical experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
Working knowledge of medical office clinical procedures.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Ability to deal courteously with patients.
Ability to maintain effective working relationship with other employees.
Prior experience supervising medical staff preferred
