The Licensed Psychotherapist Supervisor is located in UMMC-Riverside with responsibility for Hub sites and co-located clinic outpatient clinic therapist positions and works collaboratively with the medical team within a large academic healthcare system. This is a split position with 60% administrative duties and 40%. In the administrative capacity, the Licensed Psychotherapists Supervisor Manages the day to day operations, including staffing, scheduling, efficiency, patient experience, performance, and quality assurance. They lead quality improvement initiatives, hires and trains new team members, conducts performance reviews, and provides direct care. We develop innovative care models to support a broad patient population with complex co-morbid medical/behavioral health conditions. We comply with Managed Care requirements for treatment authorizations. Psychotherapists conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and provide individual, couples, family and group therapy for all ages.

Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work or Psychology
Licensedas LP, LICSW, LPCC or LMFT in the State of Minnesota
2 years post licensure experience
Child/adolescent and adult experience preferred
5 years post LICSW / LP licensure
Knowledge of health conditions and common co-morbidities
Knowledge of the continuum of behavioral health care services (i.e. within surrounding communities)
