Serves as the clinical supervisor for the program. This position is accountable for overall clinical supervision and program fidelity ensuring quality treatment and compliance adherence. Supervisor also manages a therapy caseload. Pay range is between $65-$70k with a $2k signing bonus.
• Recruit, lead, manage/supervise, and develop clinical staff to achieve program objectives and excellent service delivery. • Arrange for provision of services and referrals as necessary, including collaboration with Program Director and other leadership staff. • Provide and supervise individual and group counseling/treatment, including researching and implementing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. • Collaborate on program operations assessments, quality assurance and clinical services in conjunction with the Program Director and other leadership staff to ensure the integrity and efficiency of treatment programming.’ • Participate in YRS clinical leadership meetings for division collaboration, including offering knowledge, feedback and insight for best practice and strategic programmatic shifts as needed. • Oversee clinical documentation of subordinates and meet all documentation requirements per policy and licensure standards. • Ensure program participants case files are in accordance with all program and licensing standards. • Assure program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations. • Maintain a clinical case load as needed to meet the needs of the facility. • Provide quality services in a work environment reflecting integrity, teamwork, and mutual respect through effective communication and healthy team dynamics. • Represent the agency in a professional manner at all times including strategic relationship building with external providers and other resource agencies. • Provide clinical support to staff by participating in the on-call rotation per the needs of the program/facility. • Other duties as assigned. • Authority to formulate, interpret, and implement management policy and procedure in conjunction with Program Director. • Carries out major assignments in conducting the operation of the business in conjunction with Program Director.

Diagnoses include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and emerging personality disorders which often present as self-injurious behavior and frequent hospitalizations for suicidal ideation and attempts. Family involvement is incorporated into all stages of treatment.
