This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. Learn more Incumbent has three roles, s/he is the Director/Supervisor of the San Bruno Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (SBCBOC), Mental Health Clinic, the Supervisory Social Worker for the Clinical Resource Hub (CRH)TeleMental Health (TMH) Program, and as an advanced practice mental health social worker clinician providing mental health evidence based psychotherapy and case management to veterans, couples, families, and groups. The SBCBOC Mental Health Clinic Director provides expertise in psychotherapeutic evidence-based treatment (individual, couples, family, and groups), and proficiency in case management services to a staff comprised of four (4) interdisciplinary staff, including the director. The CRH is a program designed to deliver Primary Care Mental health and specialty mental health services to Veterans across a large geographic area covering three (3) states (California, Hawaii, and Nevada, making up the VISN21 catchment area. The CRH/TMH Program, when fully staffed, will consists of six (6) advanced practice GS-12 Social Workers (7 VA Hospitals and 41 CBOCs/Outpatient Clinics).
