M Health Fairview Adolescent Residential Treatment Program is a 10-bed residential program servicing teens with substance use disorders and mental health issues. Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care for teens and families in a leadership role.
The Lead Behavioral Health Clinician provides leadership to the team overseeing day-to-day program processes to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery and active, appropriate responses to routine clinical events as delegated by the Program Supervisor. The Lead BHC provides direct care to patients including assessment, individual, group, family therapy, mileu management. This role ensures that patient care and documentation meets regulatory standards for the program.
Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work or Psychology
Licensed Social Worker (LICSW), LPCC or Doctoral Level Licensed Psychologist (LP)
Adolescent experience required.
Adolescent development education required.
Experience working with adolescents in an intensive behavioral health setting providing effective treatment services, crisis services and managing the milieu is preferred.
