The EAP Counselor is responsible for providing assessment, referral and short-term counseling services. Develop and implement educational presentations, articles and other written materials as needed. Assess EAP needs of care system(s) and market services within those care system(s). Provide consultation services to managers and supervisors, and provide critical Incident Stress Management Services as needed. Maintain industry standards for providing services, and maintain accurate and complete records. Responsible for high level customer satisfaction for all services.
This position will be working remotely until September of 2021 and will be reassessed at that time.

Attend primary Fairview location, as needed.
Provide brief, solution focused counseling services to employees and familiy members
Manage group and individual crisis
Develop and present education material on a variety of workplace topics including: Self care, communication, team work, EAP orientation etc.
Assist in triaging service requests
Consult with leaders on department needs
Maintain records consistent with the standards of the program
Masters Degree in Psychology or Social Work or related field
LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT or related licensure
3 years of short-term counseling experience
1- 3 years EAP experience; 1 year of organizational consultation experience
