Regis University seeks an experienced, collaborative Associate Dean to provide leadership for the Division of Counseling and Family Therapy (DCFT).  Consistent with a commitment to the health of the whole person, DCFT is housed in the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions.   DCFT provides progressive, hands-on learning at the Thornton campus. Students have the option to pursue a CACREP accredited master’s degree in Counseling, a COAMFTE accredited master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and three post-graduate certificates.  Led by renowned faculty and consistent with Regis' Jesuit mission, the degrees and certificates prepare students for a profession in counseling or marriage and family therapy with an emphasis on social justice and advocacy for the underserved.
