This position is located at the newly established Terre Haute VA Clinic. Incumbent is responsible for assisting with oversight of rehabilitation services at the Terre Haute Clinic through developing and implementing the overall physical therapy program in coordination with the complex 1A facility. Will also develop relationships with the PACT teamlet at the Clinic to develop a model of medicine that includes Physical Therapy in all patient care decisions. Serves as a consultant for other health care providers regarding the delivery of outpatient care in physical therapy in the VA clinic. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of contemporary physical therapy across multiple areas of practice and demonstrates the ability to apply this advanced knowledge to provide education and guidance to referr
