The Intimate Partner Violence Social Worker primary responsibilities are to provide clinical evidence based services including, assessments and interventions; Veteran, family, Caregiver and staff education on intimate partner violence; community outreach; resource development; quality improvement ; and evaluation/consultation. Position is based in the medical center and/or facility in order to support real time, in person, response to referrals. Responsible to establish partnerships with various committees, Employee Assistance Program and Employee Health Department to establish services for employees who experience and/or use violence. Practicing at the independent level, has specialized knowledge that can be differentiated from the independent practice social worker by the ability to exp
