The Incumbent has broad program management and clinical responsibilities for the Behavioral Recovery Outreach Team. S/he provides administrative oversight of the program to include planning, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures; developing program goals and objectives; and monitoring, operating, and evaluating the functioning of the program. S/he serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team and will provide direct social work/case management services to a panel of patients.
