The Center for a Healthy Maryland, The Maryland State Medical Society Foundation, is hiring a full-time Program Director for the Maryland Physician Health Program, the Maryland Professional Rehabilitation Program and the Maryland Healthcare Professionals Program. Responsibilities: Supervise staff of six employees (four clinical managers and two administrative staff), develop and manage relationships with outside organizations that fund the programs, provide clinical case management services to impaired physicians and other health care providers, schedule and collect random toxicology screenings, prepare reports to referring organizations, make presentations to hospitals/organizations on issues related to physician impairment, and attend evening committee meetings
