This is a group therapy position working with the Pain Management patient population. Work is performed in an ambulatory outpatient pain management practice providing assessments, short term counseling, ongoing counseling, referral & follow-up service, and group therapy. This is a 20 hour per week position with flexible hours.

Education: Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited university required.
Experience: Two years - Five years of experience in the mental health profession.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). LSCW preferred.
Other: Part of interdisciplinary C/L Team. Interfaces with patients on medical floors and ED. Provides assessment, triage counseling. Facilitate admissions or outpatient referrals
