This position requires organization, analysis, interpretation of information from multiple sources, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-makingMinimum RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES-Knowledge of and understanding of age-related care needs for adult, geriatric, and disabled participants-Knowledge of physical, social and mental health needs of elderly and disabled-Knowledge of Adult Day Health service delivery principles, practices and criteria-Knowledge of community linkage/resources -Skill in good interpersonal, oral, and written communications, grammar and spelling-Skill in being organized-Ability to demonstrate food preparation health standards-Ability to obtain a State of Washington Food Handler's card-Ability to work efficiently under pressure-Ability to work independently and take initiative-Ability to set priorities and use good judgmentEducation/Licenses/Certifications-Master's Degree in Social Work -State social work licensure preferred -One (1) year experience at Master's Level working with an Interdisciplinary Team, preferably in a post-acute setting -Experience with geriatrics and disabled adults preferred-Utilization Review experience preferred
