Wellspring, a non-profit multi-service psychotherapeutic and educational center located in bucolic Litchfield County Connecticut, is recruiting a dynamic Clinical Director to support and lead our programs, services and staff into the next decade.
We are looking for a candidate who is excited by an opportunity to work, play, teach, and supervise in a peaceful long-term therapeutic and educational agency serving predominantly adolescent girls and young women in private school, farm, rural, and family style environments.
The clients and students who come to Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School typically present with issues that stem from, but are not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, victimization, suicidal behaviors, personality disorders, ego dystonic eating disorders, family problems, adoption issues, substance abuse in partial remission, and school avoidance. Interest and experience with these issues, psychodynamic theories, trauma informed care, and family systems is desired.

A minimum of ten years clinical experience in gradually increasing leadership roles is preferred. Teaching, mentoring and public speaking experience is a plus. MD, PhD, PsyD, PMH-APRN, LCSW, or LMFT required.
