Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH This position is responsible for taking the lead and making recommendations to the VP of Health Services in the development of a strategy for the most effective use of Community Health Workers with Correctional Health. Be responsible for identifying key services Correctional Health needs to be involved and identification of where the majority of our members could most benefit.
