The Associate Professor-PhD will serve as the Associate Director of the Office of Physician Vitality. Responsibilities will include providing mental health services, crisis support and education for medical staff, residents and medical students. Additional responsibilities include providing resources for mental health and work/life balance, collaborating with the LLU School of Medicine and the Office of Graduate Medical Education, and engaging in scholarly activity related to physician wellness. Associate Professor-PhD is responsible for providing client care and maintaining LLU School of Medicine policy and procedures as well as standards set forth by all relevant licensing boards.
