This position is located at the Fayetteville VAMC in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incumbent functions as a manager, coordinator, and point of contact for patient safety policies and activities developed by the VA National Center for Patient Safety. The incumbent will work with the RN Patient Safety Manager to help build and implement patient safety systems related to a variety of safety initiatives, including clinical processes, promoting the culture of safety for patients and staff.
