Christiana Care is looking for a full time Senior Social Worker for the Holloway Program. As a social worker you would facilitate and coordinate the behavioral health care of patients (adolescent, adult & geriatric) infected with HIV. You works to assist patients and their families to adjust to personal and environmental difficulties which predispose illness or interfere with medical care. In addition, you would provides mental health assessments and treatment under direction of the program psychiatrist and in collaboration with the medical supervisor in keeping with defined treatment goals. PRIMARY FUNCTION:To facilitate and coordinate the behavioral health care of patients (adolescent, ad
