Code Lavender Team provides colleague to colleague employee support to improve the personal and professional well-being of the MultiCare Health System employee. The Employee Wellness Partner works as an interdisciplinary team member in the provision of services; contributes to program development in conjunction with diverse groups, stakeholders, system leaders, organizational networks,
