The successful candidate will oversee all fiscal, administrative, instructional, and clinical activities in the Center for Healthy Families including but not limited to directing client intakes and case disposition; overseeing and managing client records including assessments, HIPAA and legal procedures; developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures; working with department administrative staff on clinic financial management; direct supervision of graduate student therapists; hire and manage external supervisors; maintenance of digital and recording systems, website, clinical resources, and physical space; work with the department and school to promote the clinic; promote cooperative community programming; and organize and oversee in-service training.
