The Syracuse VAMC has 1 vacancy for a HUD VASH Social Worker in the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) team. The incumbent performs social work duties specifically directed toward chronically homeless Veterans and their families. They independently provides community based clinical, psychosocial and case management services for eligible Veterans and their family members. Basic Requirements: Citizenship: Be a citizen of the United States.
