The Social Worker is responsible for the management of the Behavioral Health Clinics in the Southern Tier of the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System which includes the Bath Campus. The Social Worker assists in planning, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures; ensuring appropriate workload capture and medical record documentation; developing individual or group goals and objectives as well as monitoring, operating, evaluating, coordinating and overseeing. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
