Peer Specialist SARRTP
The incumbent of the Substance Abuse Rehabilitation and Recovery Treatment Program, functions as an interdisciplinary team member, assisting physicians and other professional/non-professional personnel in a rehabilitation treatment program. The Peer Specialist functions as a role model, exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills and serving as a consumer to veterans. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 10/10/2022. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-06 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05 level. F
