Overview Morristown Medical Center, a member of the Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Full-time clinician in the I/P Psychiatric Department.Responsibilities Coordinates all aspects of patient psychosocial needs in conjunction with interdisciplinary treatment team. Completes psychosocial history and supplements additional information to data base Implements and facilitates treatment plan Identifies barriers to learning and addresses patient educational needs. Employs appropriate, as needed, one to one patient and family contact Conducts therapeutic groups appropriate to patient. Consistently documents, implements and facilitates aftercare plans Provides patient and family with information of post hospital options.
