OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Caldwell is seeking a Pediatric Primary Care Mental/Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Pediatric team. The pediatric primary care behavioral health therapists functions as a core member of a Primary Care team that practices by providing short-term targeted interventions by partnering with the primary care provider to provide integrated behavioral health. The pediatric primary care behavioral health therapists is responsible for coordinating and supporting mental health care within the clinic and for coordinating referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic.
