The LPMHC for whom this functional statement applies is assigned as a member of the Outpatient PTSD Clinical Team (PCT). He/She provides a full range of psychological assessment services and diagnoses mental disorders. The LPMHC exercises full professional responsibility to provide effective services to veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, many of whom also have co-morbid mental health disorders. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
