The Director of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (MHC) reports to the Chief of the MH Service Line. The Director supervises the MHC staff, leading & supervising a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physician extenders, nurses, psychologists, social workers, &/or other staff members. The incumbent is a clinical expert in MH, promoting quality patient care; works as mentor, preceptor, consultant, & researcher; collaborates with other health care professionals to accomplish goals.
