As a VA Clinic Senior Social Worker, he/she works closely to keep the first line supervisor informed and briefed about the operations of the VA Clinic in order to assure that the Social Work Practice is being adhered to in its' entirety and open lines of communication are maintained. As a Senior Social Worker, he/she provides advice and counsel to workers related to work and administrative matters.
