The incumbent is responsible for the management, coordination, and provision of co-located, collaborative care to Veterans and their families enrolled at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) in the Primary Care settings. The Primary Care Mental Health Initiative (PCMHI) Social Worker delivers evidence-based care for primary care patients identified with a variety of emotional and psychiatric problems including depression, anxiety disorders, and alcohol misuse.
