Social workers assigned to the CLC are responsible for direct patient care as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team. The CLC includes a variety of patients needing a broad range of services including geriatric care, rehabilitative services, hospice and palliative care services, discharge planning and individual and family counseling. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
