OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a Social Worker to join our Virtual Care team. This is a new position to our system that will support patient care needs in our critical access hospitals via our Virtual Care Center. St. Luke's Virtual Care Center is one of just a few in the nation, a high-tech hub where a centralized medical team uses the latest live, two-way cameras and remote monitoring equipment to diagnose, treat and support patients around-the-clock at clinics, hospitals and homes, often hundreds of miles and many mountain passes away. A good candidate will be knowledgeable in suicide assessments, safety planning, team dynamics, communication, documentation, crisis intervention and risk screening.
