This position is located at the Ventura site of the Greater Los Angeles Department of Veterans' Affairs Health Care System. The incumbent serves as a member of a multidisciplinary Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD VASH) team and is responsible for coordinating and providing individual and family counseling and case management services, and will conduct assessment interviews, develop treatment plans, and provide treatment to eligible Veterans and family. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
