The overarching function of the SATP Addiction Therapist is to provide concurrent, integrated treatment for outpatient veterans diagnosed with a substance use disorder. This assignment is located within the Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program, at the New Jersey HCS - East Orange Campus. As the SATP Addiction Therapist in the Outpatient Programs, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating addictions programming and providing direct care to Veterans.
