• $5k sign-on bonus
• Must perform case management via phone and/or home visits
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
• Current active unrestricted license in Hawaii
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in social work counseling
• Requires MA/MS in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• 19 days of PTO plus 10 holidays
