Two years post Master's experience in health care or related field preferred.Masters Social WorkLCSW PreferredDrivers LicenseBLS (AHA)CPR Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) This is a full time position in the field as part of Palliative care.  No holidays will be required.  Your Connected Community:Centura Health is the region's largest health care system.
