Conducting assessments and summarize case information for use in diagnosis, treatment, and release
Developing, monitoring, and modifying treatment plans as necessary
Documenting and evaluating treatment progress
Coordinating patient placement with community services
To qualify for this role you must have a Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work, approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
An active and valid registration as an ACSW/ASW with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences is highly preferred.
