Clinical Dietitian Position Overview The Clinical Dietitian screens patients for nutritional risk and responds to nutrition consults as ordered by providers and the health care team. The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy for disease prevention and management to produce positive patient outcomes in the inpatient and outpatient setting for patients identified at nutrition risk and those referred by consult.
