The psychologist for whom this functional statement applies is assigned to the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) within the Mental Health Service. The incumbent has a broad working knowledge about the rules, regulations and policies of the medical center, Mental Health Service, and the quality assurance practices as they relate to the Mental Health Clinic at the Dayton VAMC and understands the significance of the performance measure(s) that pertain to the programs.
